From: Peg Date: 07 May 01 - 09:51 AM The latest effort from the Hearthside Cultural Cooperative, by Ralph Scott (aka Popular Halfit from Wiltshire) and Lary Otway (InOBU) is a smash! I think what I received is still the unmastered version (I couldn't wait!), but it is still very impressive. Very nice traditional guitar arrangements and Ralph has a great voice: dark and smoky, tender and pure. I highly recommend this CD. Some of my favorite songs on here (Young Waters, Matty Groves, Dowey Dens of Yarrow)... Get it! |
