Subject: Shareware software site plus Theremin s/ware From: Helen Date: 13 Dec 97 - 05:42 PM Hi all I just discovered a site which has lots of different sorts of shareware software, including a lot of music programmes. The music list is here: http://www.iniaccess.net.au/simtel.net/win95/music.html Now, who was it who wants a Theremin on his Mudcat t-shirt? Here's a programme just for you at this site: mousng22.zip 205K Make Theremin 'oOOooEeuu' sounds with a mouse I also downloaded a windchime programme - cute! And a programme which creates patterns in response to music/sound inputs, i.e. you play music or sounds through your computer and it responds to the sounds, and you can change the patterns and colours. It was in the graphics section and it is called: symdyn95.zip You need a Zip programme like WinZip to open them up and install them but you can download that too, probably from the same site, under the category of "compression" or "archives" or something like that. Check it out. It's a fun site, but I hope you have a lot of space on your hard drive because it's all very tempting stuff. Helen |
