re-fresh and re-iterate and re-capitulate....the links can be VERY useful, but you hafta go look at 'em...and the ability edit what you post is wonderful!

Of course we will always want to post clickies to stuff within the Mudcat, just as we already do when we are referencing a song or discussion archived in the DT or Mudcat.

But if what you want to do is recommend another website, the Mudcat LINKS make the clickie for you!

Yeah!

JUST LOOK!!

You can even right-click your mouse to open this in a new window, and look at a post as you create a link in the LINKS pages at the same time!

And guess what! If you make a boo boo, or want to say more about the link later, you can EDIT IT YOURSELF! Yeah! Really! It's goofproof!

And the categories that are in there! I think they cover everything!

Think of the resources you can leave for others to use, right away and for a long time to come.

Please, I'm asking just for my own use, USE THIS FEATURE liberally! Stop in there anytime you are posting a site link and put it there TOO, where it will be easy to find later! (Leave your MudName and the date in the description, and I'll even check them from time to time to see if any have "died" and need to be removed.)

Hmmmm.... maybe I will start adding them in LINKS myself, whenever I spot one in a thread.... guess I better say so in the threads if I do!
