Subject: RE: BS: pegs cd From: MMario Date: 29 Jun 01 - 11:49 AM actually skinless kielbasa has been available for at least 15 years that I know of. pirogi aren't obscure - not when you can buy them in a teeny little town like PennYan - (six varieties) Haluski - I've had it; thanks for giving me a name to put to it! |

Subject: RE: BS: pegs cd From: Hollowfox Date: 29 Jun 01 - 11:38 AM In kielbasa the meat has some texture left, it's ground a bit more chunky, not down to the consistancy of wallpaper paste. And kielbasa is never "skinless". Yum. Now, when pirogi and haluski aren't obscure, then things'll be going good. |

Subject: RE: BS: pegs cd From: MMario Date: 29 Jun 01 - 11:32 AM ?? hot dogs and kielbasa are made virtually the same way - just different spices, really. |

Subject: RE: BS: pegs cd From: radriano Date: 29 Jun 01 - 11:30 AM Actually, kielbasa is not always very spicy. The fact is, though, that once you've had kielbasa there's no going back to hot dogs. Then again, once you learn how hot dogs are made you never want to have them again anyway. |

Subject: RE: BS: pegs cd From: Peg Date: 29 Jun 01 - 12:54 AM Rick; thank you for that offer. I should probably wait until the "new" project is finished, since this demo includes other people I no longer work with...I was just handing it around to folks on a casual basis... Kat: no sweat, sugar, PM me your address and I will pop one in the mail. I am asking folks to include a couple blank CDs or if they want, a couple bucks to help with postage, but the time to "buy" one will come soon enough, I hope! ;) Peg

Subject: RE: BS: pegs cd From: Peg Date: 28 Jun 01 - 11:08 PM well thanks, gents and ladies! It is just a four-track demo, and I am preparing (I hope) to do a full-length recording later this year with the help of the Hearthside cooperative (a Mudcat effort). If anyone wants a copy let me know... Kendall, somehow I knew there would be a kielbasa comment before the week was out!!!! ;)
