I think that might be "When the Old-age Pension Man Comes to Our Door. I don't recall who recorded it but it might have been the New Lost City Ramblers. Something in the back of my mind says Blind Alfred Reed but it isn't really the type of song he usually recorded.

I'm looking for the words and possibly chords to a song. Not sure on the name. I know the first of the song..."There's a man that turned this old country upside down, when he started this old age pension going around." Any help on where to look would also be appreciated. Thanks!
