There were 2 Rounder albums: '33 Years ...' (Rounder 0005) and 'Crazy Water Barn Dance' (Rounder 0059).

They did two albums, one for Arhoolie (Carollna Bluegrass) and one for Rounder, which is the one that you are inquiring about. Both are out of print.

53 - I didn't know that about Snuffy, unless you're confusing him with Stringbean, who was robbed and murdered in his home.

it's a shame about what happened to old snuffy, somebody just snuffed him out, and robbed him in his own home, a downright disgrace.

I heard an album many many years ago by Snuffy Jenkins and 'Pappy' Sherrill, really great bluegrass, I think the album was called 33 years of pickin' and pluckin'. Does anyone out there know if it is available on cd? if so where can i get it and have I got the right title?
