Quite simple Noreen Ricky Thomlinson has released a song with Noddy Holder. The sort of raucous get your granny up at the party type song that always goes down well at Christmas but the backing musicians are brill too!

I notice Billy Connolly was joing in the song
Are you talking to me or chewing a bick?
Are you looking at me?

Oh, I dunno Murray. Billy Connely and Pamela Stephenson were on Parky as well. They are pretty incomprehensible to anyone - and I have been known to be even more incomprehensible than that! Especialy during folk weekends:-)

Dave, congratulations ! You have just gained the new record for incomprehensibility in postings, as far as US readers are concerned.

(At least I remember who Noddy Holder and Jonathon Ross were.)

Murray

Well, who's just seen Ricky Thomlinson (sp?) on Parky? The song is wonderful, and the fact that he got Noddy Holder for £12.50 and a week in a caravan in Benidorm is even better.

Best still is that the young lads playing fiddle and banjo are, apparantly, young up and coming Liverpool Irish musicians and Ricky has insisted that they get a good deal out of it (He said so during and interview with Johnathon Woss this morning).

Buy the record! It deserves to be number 1 at least.

My Arse...;-)

Agolopies to US viewers who don't know Jim Royal.
