The setting in O'Neill is attributed to one Mrs. Fitzgerald. O'Neill (1850), 1979; No. 355, pg. 61. Green Linnet SIF 1047, John Cunningham - "Fair Warning" (1985). On a previous thread Tune Req: Archibald McDonald Air I was looking for the air "Archibald McDonald". It turns out what I really wanted was "Sad Is My Fate" as played by Johnny Cunningham on his CD "Fair Warning". It is a beautiful mournfull slow air, slightly different from the one at JC's site.
