I did finally find out that Tommy Jackson is a bluegrass fidder........so it could have another name.

I found Tommy Jenkins, but it's a jig.........Google turned up NOTHING for Tommy Jackson's Hornpipe. Ususally, if it has been recorded, Google will turn that up, or a book that it is in. Sorry.
