I don't think it's a real place. All of the references that I can find for it are about the song (apart from a couple to a fantasy role-playing game)

There is a tab available at: Martha's Harbour (and what looks like a copy at Martha's Harbour). They are given for a guitar tuned down a tone, but you can ignore that and just leave the guitar tuned as is.

If you really want just the chords and get no joy, let me know and I'll pull them out of the tab when I get time.
