Subject: RE: Help: Can't get into personal pages From: SeanM Date: 10 Feb 02 - 01:55 PM It SOUNDS like a cookie problem. In the AOL options, there should be something in the security setting about making sure that you can accept cookies. I'd also advise clicking on the 'help' link at the top of the page, and posting about this in the help forum - you're likely to get answered here, but that forum is dedicated to problems just like this one. Best of luck! M |

Subject: Can't get into personal pages From: GUEST,andyjim Date: 10 Feb 02 - 01:47 PM Net Zero quit working for me. After saying I'm logged on, it goes to an error screen saying it can't find netzero. So I installed AOL 7.0. In addition to being unbearably slow to load anything, when I click Mudcat's Personal Pages to check messages, it won't let me in, saying I have to be a member. I am a member. Any ideas? At this stage I'm very unhappy with AOL. I don't have my Netscape favorites available, which I did with NetZero. All the best, Andrew |
