Subject: RE: Help: Rogalski is looking for 'A FIDDLE' From: GUEST,SharonG Date: 22 Feb 02 - 12:57 PM This is a bit of a longshot, but I met a gentleman named Ian Roome at the Gaelic Roots Irish music and dance camp in Boston 3 years ago. He was travelling with and accompanying Bobby Casey (recently deceased West Clare fiddler). He told me he had about 100 fiddles (he buys and sells them as a sideline I think) and offered to help me locate a better fiddle. Since I am in Arizona, in the US and he is located in Derby, I wasn't able to take him up on it. Anyway, if you're interested in contacting him, my email is azfiddle@mindspring.com and I'll send you his address and phone |
