I would have gone, but being totally underwhelmed by the whole event, I couldn't be bothered. Vivat Regina, but kindly vivat somewhere else.

Isn't that just like her, one minute she's waving madly at you from the car window, next thing, she "blanks" you.
Tch! who DOES she think she is?

Well, I put the kettle on at 10.45 but she didn't call in despite being only 200 yards from the house. That's the last time I put myself out for her.

What a shame that she can't stay around until Sunday to see MC Fat performing at the Sun Inn. I bet Liz and Phil will be kicking themselves when they find out they got the wrong day!!!!!
Quack!

I'm not sure that I can fit her into my crowded schedule today - if only she'd phoned ahead I could have arranged to be at home.

I'm sure it is something to look forward to, and she'll talk about it for days after! Nigel

Mrs Queen and her husband called Phil are going to Beverley today, so if you dont like the smell of paint i suggest you avoid Beverley today! (I think she is going to see Sir Roger and have a pint in the Sun, and then go to the races, but I'm not really sure).
