Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Winterwood From: michaelr Date: 24 Jul 02 - 11:57 PM A great bluegrass version of "Winterwood" was recorded by Country Gazette (Byron Berline, Roger Bush, Kenny Wertz, Allan Munde) on their 1973 album "Don't Give Up Your Day Job" (United Artists). Cheers, Michael |

Subject: Winterwood From: C-flat Date: 24 Jul 02 - 11:30 AM I'm looking for the lyrics to a song I've heard Don Mclean sing and I presume he wrote. I'm pretty sure it's called Winterwood. There's some Don Mclean in the digitrad but not this one, what I CAN remember...... "You are as natural as the night, and all that springs from you is good, and the children born within your light, are like the birds on winterwood," Thanks, Cb |
