Subject: RE: BS: Another new Hullite member Bassic From: Linda Kelly Date: 08 Aug 02 - 01:50 PM Welcome Gordon, Karen & Colin came to Cottingham Live a few weeks ago -loved their stuff! The real question is -how many Catters can you cram into Nellies the first Sunday of every month? The answer is- it doesn't matter because if you weren't one before you came you are certainly one by the time you leave!!! |

Subject: RE: BS: Another new Hullite member Bassic From: Bassic Date: 08 Aug 02 - 09:17 AM Ok, back on shore from the depths of the Humber, now where did I leave off, Oakley, yes enjoyed Goxhill but it was a bit quieter than usual, only one purple helmet in attendance with a junior helmet along for the ride! Whistle squad and smallpipes x2. Carol the fiddle came later but we all treated to excellent husband and wife team Karen and Colin singer/guitar just moved to the area from Worcescescestershire.(American Spelling). Yes , bass karate bike racks was me! Willa - I was born in Hull and live Hessle for past 17 years, suppose that makes me a Hullezzlionion or something. (dont like onions though so will have to find something else to describe myself). I have applied for special dispensation from the Library in Hessle where I go on line to be allowed regular opportunities to ROFTL! Chears Les, Deano, John et all. Kat! wow, all the way from over there! Say hi to all the cousins! Not that I am implying that you are all closely related of course! Now as for Goxhill........!!!!!! Hi Fat**, bit too far back for me to have known much about much but sure some of the other more "senior" local Catters will have. "Herd" of the name though. Anyway, time to take me mum shopping. See you all soon. |

Subject: RE: BS: Another new Hullite member Bassic From: Oaklet Date: 07 Aug 02 - 03:09 PM Welcome Bassic, nice to see you have clambered aboard. Enjoy Goxhill. Did I detect a little drivel in your other posts? A roof-rack for a motorcycle to hold a double bass, to stab a piper with a 3rd dan in Karate? On a Punch the Horse thread? Brilliant! Keep it up Bassic or rather; keep it up, Bassic. (Pedants with difficulties lurk at every corner....). |
