Either or both, depending on who turns up ... we dance mainly rapper, with longsword as an outdoor option.

Anyone who wants to learn to sword dance in the general area of Hertfordshire (UK) might be interested in these workshops.


Hertfordshire Folk Association
Sword Dance Workshops
led by
Stevenage Sword

Woodhall Community Centre
Cole Green Lane
Welwyn Garden City
Saturday 12th October 2:30 - 4:45 pm
Saturday 19th October 2:30 - 4:45 pm



Two workshops to introduce Sword Dancing to beginners (either sex) and to develop the skills of those who have some experience. Live Music. Light refreshments will be provided. Please wear flat-soled (preferably hard) shoes. Cost £5 each (£8 both).
