So good to see everyone again. I have an early vested interest in this session...please keep it going....means a lot to me, even tho I can't get there so often these days. Whenever I am back AT Hull I know where I can find some good mates and some great music. Some of us go back to Ye Old Blue Bell days!!!

Now being modest an'all..mentioning 'Whitby Garland'thankyou Janet!
There is nothing better than hearing you lot sing that final 'Wild Mountain Thyme'chorus ...hmmmmmmmmm!

Oh and Maggie..Raglan Road..say road..road..road..everyone kept metioning 'road' in that wonderful Hull accent!!!!!! I love it!!!

Thanks for remembering me - actually I live in Port Sunlight village so the club is in easy walking distance. Hope to see you there in the New Year - we've had a couple of very good nights recently.
I must get out to Chester more often - everyone tells me that there is a lot going on there, but it isn't always easy to find the time.
The Chester February Folk Day is something to look forward to - I shall definitely be there - the quality of the singaround sessions earlier this year was amazing!

I am popping in from Sue Moores place on Teeside...and a fleeting visit to Hull at the weekend.

Chatted to Eileen last night, she is keeping me up to date with all the local goss!!

Thanks Mr. Happy...nooooooo Alan could not get me off the ground..but LOL!!! Wonderful night, not danced since Whitby Spa...We won tickets for the Folk Day on March 1st..maybe I'll try to get Alan to Strip the Willow... he reckons he gets dizzy!!

so did u go with jim 2 port sunlight?

mr happy's sesh at the UV was absolutely spiffing on wed.

2x fiddlers, i ukelele banjo, frank & maureen from northwich, anne taggart of taggart & wright 9(i think Ms Wright kind of pushed her way in in front of u at the ship on wed), a flutist, me little sibling ernie with loud guitar, and many many more.

hope u had a good nite 2, i certainly did.

i'll be in touch 2day- there's a new sessh in wrexham thats just starting out & needs some solid support, so me, jim, & ern r planning to go up 2nite. i'll let u know details.
