I FOUND IT!! Its by a band named Local H and the name of the song is Bound for the Floor. Not at all what I expected...but thats them. Thanks for all your help though!

Yeah, I remember that song. I believe it was by one of those 80's pop-rock bands like the Cars, or the Police. Now I got that danged thing in my head. See what you did? Jus' funnin'. I'll keep workin' on it. Maybe Arrowsmith? Nah, the Police... Ahhhhgghhhh!

I dont know who did this song, or the name of it...can anyone help with the few lyrics I can remember?
