This former Royal marine from North Shields,now living in Plymouth began his folk career in the 60s in Singapore.
He will be making his first ever visit to the south-east when he plays the Bishop's Stortfod folk club on Thurs 23rd Jan followed by the St.Albans club on Fri 24th Jan 2003
Ben sings original as well as adaptations of trad nos. Clear voice and precise finger-picking with varios tunings.
He is a jewel and well worth an evening out.
Check out 'Folk on the Moor', Wotter Devon.
He also does the bookings for the club.
Has anyone else seen him?
