Subject: Seeking tamburitza

I hope it's ok to ask about things like this here. I have lately become interested in Central European music, from Finland down to the Balkans (and especially the Czech Republic, my wife's biological home). I am trying to locate a reasonably priced tamburitza, a small stringed instrument of Bosnia, Croatia, and thereabouts, similar to a mandolin. (I've already checked Lark in the Morning - they have them but I don't know how to judge the prices and the quality from a small picture.) I am wary about buying such things from some places because I've seen souvenir-quality (unplayable) instruments presented as the real thing). If anyone has an idea, I would appreciate it.
