I can only echo Judes comments Lexie will be missed by all who knew her,condolences to Derek and all those people who knew her far better than I did.

Thank you for letting us know. For such a physically small woman she's going to leave an awfully big hole behind. She will be greatly missed. Unfortunately I can't come to Bournemouth this weekend as I have to go to Plymouth. Please pass on our condolences to Derek.

Some of you may already know this but for those of you that don't I am sorry to report that Lexie, one of the stewards at Wareham, passed away last week.

Lexie and her husband Derek ran the gate at Wareham from the little caravan . She was well known locally for her amazing singing and was a well known face in the folk clubs.

For those of you that can get there the funeral will be at Bournemouth Crematorium at 2 pm on Friday 14TH. Febuary. A wake will be held at the new Tavern Inn Ringwood after the service.
