I have baby squirrels in my attic. They're very handsome little creatures, but they stomp around something fierce and probably chew on everything in sight. I have to block all of the entrances once they're fledged (as it were) and out on the rooftops in the warmer weather. One fell out of the nest a couple of weeks ago and I actually put it back. The rest are already up there anyway. . .

Anyone in East coast Oz want a pet rat?

We came home from an overnight trip on Sunday and found it in our kitchen cupboard!! Thought it was a verminous pest, until I saw these big brown eyes looking up at me, and coming out of the cupboard to greet me, looking for food.

Lovely, friendly little thing (well, big actually).

Gnometwindaughters have decided that the Gerbils that they currently have are not moving house with us so we are looking for good home for them.

They are called Furcus and Forcus and are both black females. We have had them almost from birth and they are a couple of years old. Not very friendly I'm afraid as they have not been handled much but they both seem to be healthy, curious wee beasties.

Complete with cage and we have a tank going as well if anyone wants it for them. They live in the cage at the moment but idealy they should live in a tank full of sandy soil. Delivery in the North of England easy and anytime. Anywhere else in the UK a bit more difficult but it could be arranged.

Bit of a musical leaning. Anyone know any songs about Gerbils...;-)
