I saw that commercial again some of the lyrics are "Here in my car I feel safest of all, I can lock all my doors." What is this song? Who did it? Anyone know?

There is a song from the 80's currently being used in a commercial with the lyrics "Here in my car I can lock all the doors",and the chorus seems to be "In Cars." Can anyone remember the title and artist of this song?
