Subject: RE: South Eastern Pennsylvania- Anyone want to jam? From: GUEST,Russ Date: 14 Apr 03 - 08:30 AM WE, Call Bill & Fritzie Wisdom at 610-527-7080 (150 Morlyn Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010). Old time music jam almost EVERY Friday night. The jam has been going for decades. They attend festivals during the summer, beginning with Mt. Airy, so it would be a good idea to call ahead to verify that the jam is on. They are used to dealing with musicians at all levels with any sort of acoustic instrument, even dulcimers. They are certified kay-racters and the jam is highly recommended. |

Subject: Folklore: Anyone want to jam? From: Walking Eagle Date: 13 Apr 03 - 06:05 PM I live in South Eastern PA. in Chester Co. Would anyone like to get together on a regular basis and jam or play? I'm a very beginning guitar player and a pretty fair dulcimist. I have to use music though, but I'm developing an ear. I'm not a very fast player. I'm willing to learn from advanced players, if advanced players are willing to play with those of us who are not as advanced. I don't mind getting 'smoked' at all. Send me a PM if inetersted. |
