This is a tune/song that I learned at a very young age and I've never been in a group when anyone played it. The chords in the A part (the verse) are easy, but what are the chords in the B part? There's a place where my guesses go belly up.

As in:

"A million years it seems
Have gone by since we shared our dreams
But I'll hold you again
There'll be no blue memories then"

'again' sounds like it might be a #2 chord but then everything falls apart for me.
