I am looking for an OLD song(lyrics) about a special needs boy/man, i
think name of song is Billy Bob------ the song starts out like ---

Billy Bob was born 1 cold Dec. morn,
by the time he was 2 his mama knew
she'd have to make billy bobs way.
she cooked and cleaned and took care of Billy Bob,
Billy was 43, cause Billy Bob would never
grow up to be like you or me.
