Thanks Roger, found it now. The write up alongside "Right to Blow" mentions the Houses of Parliament's Human Rights section, and their view of this proposed law.

I saw the print version. Doesn't look as if they have a website ,their E-mail is: jazzuk.cardiff@virgin.net

Have you seen the MU campaign poster? Reproduced in this month's Jazz UK , it shows Tony Blair with his guitar above the slogan "Be careful where you play it, Tony" !
