Or, try singing them yourself, that way you know they get interpreted the way you meant

if the songs include "yeah, baby", don't bother with verse 2...

But more to the point, it would be helpful if you'd say where you are, if you're looking for a male or female voice (if it makes any difference) style of music, etc.

Isn't that the form of posting used in live chat and on new text-chat cellphones, to save keystrokes and space? Maybe our visitor simply doesn't realize it's not necessary in a discussion forum.

I think Sinead O'Connor used some of that cutesy spelling on the lyrics in her early albums. My kids were big Sinead fans in the 1980's, and they picked up that affected spelling for a time. I guess it's back in again, supposedly a necessary part of sending messages by cel phones that don't have proper keyboards.
But to those of us over the age of 50, it looks dumb.
Don't tell my kids I said that...

Hi Leslie. If you don't mind, here's some Fundamental advice:

If you're going to write songs, use complete words, and lose the "1"s and "u"s. Prince was a major talent, but even with him it got tiresome quickly.

Best of luck,
Michael
