Subject: RE: Nantwich Folk Festival: Anyone Going? From: Mr Happy Date: 26 Aug 03 - 11:13 AM i've been at Nantwich Folk Festival fringe events between last Friday & yesterday. Had a fantastic time- particularly good afternoon & evening sinaround in Mr Happy & Fiends Music Therapy Canvas Consulting rooms! Hope to see fiends old & new at Bromyard, especially Gerry the Whistle,Roz the Giggle, Nick the Somnolent acoustic bass, & perhaps Ian's speciality nasal baked bean projectile show!- Has to be seen to be believed! |

Subject: RE: Nantwich Folk Festival: Anyone Going? From: Mr Happy Date: 22 Aug 03 - 02:58 AM Up to now, Mr Happy's Society of Fiends consists of Belfast Jim,Barby from Brum,Frank the Manc, & the Little Orphan Annie Dixie Ensemble. Scottish Dave is teetering at the moment along with Scouse Dora, who is also on the brink. Anyone else coming to Nantwich to enjoy Mr Happy's Alternative Minstrel Show? |

Subject: Nantwich Folk Festival: Anyone Going? From: Mr Happy Date: 20 Aug 03 - 08:29 AM originally intended going to Bridgnorth this w/end but ticket price prohibitive. So our alternative is Nantwich. There's no need to buy a festival ticket in order to get a pitch on the campsite & camp fees can be paid separately. http://www.folk-roots.co.uk/ Anyone else going? |
