That's a completely different song, I'm afraid. The words quoted above wouldn't scan to that tune in any case. There is more information on Barney Brallaghan at  Judy Callaghan,  and sheet music can be seen at Levy, but I can't help with the song wanted. It looks "Stage Irish" on the face of it, but there are people here who will know more, I'm sure.

There are a few different Barney Brannigan songs I've seen in song books but none with the ones I'm looking for of which I can remember only a few words from verse one and the chorus:
            Me name is Barney Brannigan from the county of Tyrone
            ????????????????? the daughter of the widow Malone
             Skiddy i dee o skiddy i dee o skiddy i de di day
            And when I'm dressed up in me best there's none so
                neat as me
