We've just returned from London where Heyfeva (remember Saddleworth) performed. Three young lads who organised themselves into a tight and coherent group taking on the massed might of the country's top musical schools and not found wanting.

Despite pa/mixing problems over which they triumphed majetically, they earned one of the biggest ovations of the evening (Tuesday).

Heyfeva met through Fylde Festival and Folkus, and have worked at becoming a totally professional band:

Joe Taylor (Whistle/bodhran)
Jim Molyneux Piano Accordian/Keyboard.
