A whitewash medley.

Could also incorporate THE AMATEUR WHITEWASHER:

Slap-dab, slap-dab, up and down the brickwork, slap-dab all day long,
In and out the corners, round the Johnny Horners, we were a pair of fair clean goners,
Slap-dab, slap with the whitewash brush - Talk about a fancy ball,
But I put more whitewash on the old woman than I did upon the garden wall.

I like it when current events give an old song a new meaning - like Clinton did with:

The End of me Old Cigar,
Ta-ra-ta-ra-ta-rar,
I walk down Picadilly, I'm a regular lah-did-dah,
I may not be good looking,
But they reckon that I'm a star,
for I tickle the Ladies' Fancy
With the End of me Old Cigar

Thanks Kevin.

Now that the weather's got warmer I can think of another tune - We're having a whitewash, a topical whitewash..

Maggie or Tony or John,
Sooner or later they're gone,
And then it comes out
What it's all been about,
Maggie or Tony or John.

And that's why they call it Whitehall,
there's whitewash all over the wall,
they get covered in muck,
but it never gets stuck,
and that's why they call it Whitehall.

So I'd be whiter than the whitewash on the wall,
Whiter than the whitewash on the wall,
I could be so clean, if only
They could wash me clean as Tony,
I'd be whiter than the whitewash on the wall,
On the wall, on the wall,
I'd be whiter than the whitewash on the wall,
I could be so clean, if only
They could wash me clean as Tony,
I'd be whiter than the whitewash on the wall.

That's why they call it Whitehall,
There's whitewash all over the wall,
They get covered in muck,
But it never gets stuck,
And that's why they call it Whitehall.

Two snippets run together - based on traditional rhymes, but with a topical adjustment. Sort of Poverty Knocks tune for the first part, and Coming Round the Mountain for the second part.
