Sorry we missed you but we were on our way back from the Yorkshire Gathering and we'd been doing quite a bit of singing, playing and boozing.

What a great day all round!!! Spent the morning singing and playing with the ever expanding collective of musicians who come under the title of "Punch the Horse" Antoine,Andy, Oakley, Nikki and now the charming and very talented Skipjack.

On to Rog's superb session at the Sun for more of the same with lots of "Timothy Taylors landlord ale"thrown in. Good turnout, Rog. considering most of the usual suspects were away.

Even caught some of "Cunla's" excellant performance.

Perfect Sunday.

It is Stevie's (the busker)last day in Beverley before he moves on to patures new. We hope to have a cake and a small presentation for him some time during the session.

Keith, who normally runs the Sunday session, got married last Saturday and will be away on his honeymoon next Sunday (23rd may). So, I will be running the session that week and am appealing for lots of support (playing & listening)on the day.


The session will start at 4pm and will run on until about 8ish.

I'll be taking Keith's usual fee for running the session as beer tokens to give to anyone who plays or sings.
