They're also closing the Jubilee line between Stratford and North Greenwich. If only we could persuade them to close the DLR South London mightb detach itself from the mainland and float away.

Depending on what time we finish at Twitton, I might try and make it. The main problem is that I think they're still closing the southbound Blackwall tunnel at 9pm on weekends. It's a bloody pain, not only do I have to drve an extra 20 miles, but it costs my a quid for the Dartford Crossing. Via Rotherhithe might not be so far, but it takes me longer.

Im not back from Yorkshire until the afternoon Dave and micca is showing them the sights so Twitton really isn't an option. There is the possibility of a session if we can get enough people together if not we will meet for a few drinks from 7:30pm onwards in the pub.

Dont know about space to kip over as yet Terry as I am having problems with getting the new sofa and chairs delivered. I will let you know possibley tomorrow.

If the weather's fine, why not take Black Walnut out to Twitton for the afternoon. It's quite a nice little country pub and there should be a reasonable number of singers and musicians. I might even be prevailed upon to provide transport.

Black Walnut will be staying with us on Saturday and Sunday night adn I was just wondering if anyone could make it to The Black Lion Pub in Plaistow East London this Sunday. I know it is short notice but it would be wonderful to give her and her daughter a good welcome to the UK!
