Hi Stewart,

while staying in Dingle you should go to John Benny's (Strand Street). This session there is a really fine place to stay.

Please give my best regards to John Benny, Maybe you will meet Aina, she playing the fiddle, too. If you see her, please also give her my regards :o)

The session at Murphy's is also very nice.

Enjoy your time there. I wish I could go, too.

Sabine

Stewart is a fine man to play with, too, and a nice guy to have around. Knows his stuff, too!

I'll be leaving in a couple of weeks for Ireland, so I thought I'd let the Irish Mudcatters know and also ask for information, etc. I'll bring my fiddle to hopefully play in some sessions. My wife and I arrive in Shannon on Sept 15 and then will spend a few days, til Sept 20, in Dingle (at Cill Bhreac House), then up to Kinvara from Sept 20 - 30 (at Fallon's B&B). After that we plan to travel around Connemara (not booked anything there yet) until Oct. 5 when we fly back to Seattle. So what are some good friendly sessions (for an intermediate fiddle player) in Dingle and Kinvara? And what would be some good places to stay in Connemara? And MartinRyan (wherever you are), I'll bring Paddy Graber's new CD with me, and perhaps we can get together somewhere, sometime.

Cheers, Stewart Hendrickson in Seattle
