I heard about this the other day. I'm glad. There's a lot of great music that went out of print at County, especially when they switched from vinyl to CD. Maybe this is a sign that more will be re-issued. I'd like to nominate the Ray and Ina Patterson records.

It may be of interest to some 'catters that County has finally reissued its classic 3-volume clawhammer banjo sets - field recordings by Charlie Faurot and Richard Nevins in Virginia, North Carolina and West Virginia. These are essential items for any old-time music collection. The original LPs have been digitally remastered with additional performances.
