For the benefit of UK people not yet aware of Television BBC 4's night of US country/folk related music:
7 hours, including 1 hour Ralph Stanley, 1 Hour Gillian Welch, 35mins Doc Watson, 1 Hour Dolly Parton, The Film of "Down from the Mountain"
concert and 1 Hour plus of Alison Krauss.
Thursday night 30th December.
Got to be the best night's viewing for a number of years but typical of the BBC not on a channel available to all the people that pay for a BBC TV licence. You have about 48 hours to track down a friend to tape it for you.
