Hmmm, if they want to come out to Queensland - they might team up with the Govt Dept - the publicity would work both ways... $60,000.00 fine for having a ferret here....

I actually was in touch with the ferret manager guy a while ago (we saw a ferret in Newmarket!) - he is quite keen to find ways to get the message across.

Yes, Pegleg Ferret are once again struttin' their stuff and will be appearing at Kiveton Park Folk Club (near Sheffield) on Tuesday 17th of May. Last seen there about 25 years ago and this will be a most welcome return. Should be a great night!

Saw them at the Black Swan York last year about April time (if it's the same line up) and they were excellent

well I have'nt actually seen them doing anything, but I was co compering a memorial concert with Benny Graham a few weeks ago and he told me they had reformed and were ready to do gigs.

I've heard that Pegleg Ferret have reformed quite recently. Has anyone caught up with them anywhere - how are they sounding?
