"is already gigged there in the near future"...?

Yep: good club. I am already starred there twice in the past (recent and less so). Two of my favouritest gigs: great fun! :-)

Very good evenings entertainment, Chris did 50 minutes and time flew by as he demonstrated what a fantastic talent he is featuring hitherto unheard material.

his next appearance will be later this month on Friday 25th At the Windward Club.

next Sunday 20th feb at the Spotlight we have John Waller, the man who books the artistes for the famous Topic Club in Bradford.

the Topic Club is along with the Grove in Leeds one of the oldest clubs in England. George Papavgeris is already gigged there in the near future.

this friday hamish

How did Chris and the rest of the night get on? Better than England in the Rugby I hope?

Chris Flegg is a highly respected jazz guitarist who is more then able to entertain in a folk club.

Former resident of the Toubadour, Chris lives in St Albans and supports the Windward and Spotlight clubs on a regular basis.

He is a firm favourite and tonight will be given the Spotlight feature

Doors open 7.45

songs by Paul Simon, Bessie Smith, plus original songs from Chris, but above all a great evenings entertainment is promised and fantastic guitar playing.

Where Diz Disley was, Chris is!!

at the Royal British Legion, Verulam Road , St Albans, Herts

floor spots available

Next weeks Spotlighter will be John Waller from the Topic Folk Club Bradford, who doesnt get out as much as he'ld like to.
