George Papavgeris is already gigged there in the near future. this friday hamish wear something scottish, sing something scottish Support your local folk club |

Subject: Chris Flegg Spotlight From: breezy Date: 12 Feb 05 - 11:37 AM Chris Flegg is a highly respected jazz guitarist who is more then able to entertain in a folk club. Former resident of the Toubadour, Chris lives in St Albans and supports the Windward and Spotlight clubs on a regular basis. He is a firm favourite and tonight will be given the Spotlight feature Doors open 7.45 songs by Paul Simon, Bessie Smith,plus original songs from Chris, but above all a great evenings entertainment is promised and fantastic guitar playing. Where Diz Disley was, Chris is!! at the Royal British Legion, Verulam Road , St Albans, Herts floor spots available Next weeks Spotlighter will be John Waller from the Topic Folk Club Bradford, who doesnt get out as much as he'ld like to. |
