I have to admit to my confusion about your earlier post, because they are certainly in a position to use only the best. Thanks for clearing up the issue. Enjoy your instrument!

Hallo everybody..
With regard to recent thread "Are all Collings's wonderful?" I stated that I have an MT2 mandolin which IS wonderful but the tuners are , in my own words, "shite". This is NOT the case at all..I've just been shown a simple method of stringing which effectively traps the loose ends, and ...Hey Presto...no more probs!! I just wanted to publicly apologise for running down Messrs. Collings and Messrs. Gotoh/Schaller!! I'd be very interested in anyone else's experiences re. string slippage etc.....

Regards to all... from, a very humble, Spot
(wot feels a bit better now!!)
