I'm sorry Tospie, you are correct - the offer seems to be limited to The United States, Puerto Rico and other US territories such as Guam, American Samoa, The Marshall islands, Micronesia, North Mariana islands, Paluau, and...Utah (sorry.. bad joke, I know)
