Sadly not. We keep missing it - this year we've got a wedding that weekend. Ho hum, there's always next year...

Alas, I'm booked with my PA rig for metal on the Sat nite, and also my daughter is home that weekend - so, John, you can win the falling down race both nights this year!

I'm forwarding a link to this thread to my brother Paul, an American living in Methwold (not far from Ely). He's a longtime R&B/rock drummer who has ion recent years taken up both guitar and bohdran, and I'm always trying to get him together with Mudcatters in his area.

There was talk of a regular session in Bury St. Edmonds a few months ago, but nothing came of it. (Not for Paul, anyway ~ whether or not the session became a regular thing, he never went.)

We visited Paul in England in August of '03 and spent a little time in Ely. They have an amazing and huge old cathedral there...
