Subject: Modern Irish telling of the Prodigal Son

This morning I thought I was tuned into a distant community radio station. They were playing a storytelling of the Prodigal Son, but it related to our times, with mention of computers, etc. It was by an Irishman, and while I didn't agree with some of his interpretation, his delivery and ideas were immensely interesting and uplifting.

I missed the very end as I had to go to an appt. but I did realise I was tuned into a religious station, instead of the other one I'd thought.

He included a quote by Pascal, which I cannot find online, but was about religion/spirituality leading to pride and despair, followed by a caveat about knowing Jesus, etc.

Anyone know of this?

Thanks,

kat
