Sorry not to reply earlier - I've not been very well (pause for sympathy). We use fairly standard tunes with little in the way of "complications". If you have a look at our website most of them are listed there. http://www.martinwildig.com/arcdances.htm. (sorry, can't do blue clicky things).

As a former musician myself I understand how difficult it is to commit to practice every week. Would you like to come along and have a chat with us one Tuesday? You would be very welcome.

Best regards

How about posting a tunes list, including any "complications" - ?

I'm not a million miles away, have played for NW as a regular musician before, but probably cannot commit every Tuesday until the end of time....

What could be dropped into, what needs learning and could you practice to a tape occasionally?

Hope people don't mind me using this forum to invite musicians along to play for a women's North West Morris team based in Leicestershire, UK. We are Anstey Royale Chalfont and we've been dancing for 21 years but our wonderful musicians have recently moved on to new projects. We practice in the Linford, Newtown Linford, Leices UK on Tuesday evenings beginning at 7.45 pm. Any melody instrument welcome. Any women interested in dancing would also be made very welcome.
