There are many threads where people ask and answer about stewarding at festivals, but as I've just got back online after 3 days disconnected (by the provider, thank you VERY much!!) I haven't time to trawl through and link them.

I steward Towersey, have done so for about 9 years now... and it's fun. I'm unbearably cheerful in the morning so it means I can be perky to people and helpful, and also stop annoying my fellow campers by being happy all over their hangovers.

That's a great idea, why don't you start it? Festivals always need good stewards, check out Middlewich Folk and Boat.... website under construction right now but if you call the box office, forms are available;
