Subject: Mudcat's Own in Recycling Bin From: GUEST,Dani Date: 20 May 06 - 12:21 PM Well, I had to find this in the recycling shed where people leave old magazines for people like me, too cheap to get their own subscriptions! There was a really nice article about the New York Packet and associated singers and scholars in January/February Coastal Living, a nice, slick magazine for people who dream of such things ; ) http://www.coastalliving.com/coastal/living/people/article/0,14587,1132502,00.html Nice work, all! Great coverage, and gorgeous photos in print and on their website. And eerie, too, 'cause this morning my daughter and I heard a rocked-up version of Black Betty, and we were talking about 'roots' music and thinking of you, Ken Schatz! Dani |
