Oh, the first one is the one I'm familiar with. I think that's the one that is sung by Stan Rogers. Also, there are several variants - some of them are actually quite amusing.

It's Rolling Down to Old Maui, and as Dick says, it's in the database. HOWEVER. It's not Celtic.
