Thanks Bert. I'll be in Kuwait, but I know Bahrain and will find a way to get there -- at least you can get a pint there! Just have to remember to dip the finger in the drink first and throw away the first drop: "Let not the first drop of alcohol touch thy lips..."

Wotcha,

Try 'The Dilmun Club' in Bahrain, they used to have regular folk nights. I don't know if they still do but you might find one or two of the old timers left.

I am headed to the Gulf for a year of fun in the sun. Just wondering if any Mudcatters want to help start a Chanty sing out there ... I have year to learn me concertina too!
