John Roberts (of John Roberts and Tony Barrand fame), John Rockwell and Larry Young sing and play the music of the sea. Some well known songs and chanteys, a few not so well known, some familiar songs in less-common versions, and even a few from the French tradition. Sea fare, homestyle maybe a few lumps in the sauce, but hopefully just the right amount of salt. We know you"ll like it! Audience is invited to sing along on the choruses! The Branford Folk Coffeehouse is in the auditorium of the First Congregational Church of Branford, 1009 Main Street , Branford , CT. To get there, take I-95 Cedar Street exit #54, go south on Cedar Street to the end (crossing Route 1), turn left on Main Street. The Congregational Church is the brick church on the green (on the right). Wheelchair accessible. Concerts begin at 8:00 P.M. Admission: $12 nonmembers, $10 members, $3 children 12 and under.
