Had high hopes of getting there, but withh Inge's work deadlines and me mother to visit, it became evident that making it to Tatteshall was never on the cards.
Hope it went well.
What lovely weather it was.

Brilliant - and not even cold! The flypast and aerobatics from the Spitfire, Lancaster and Hurricane was the icing on the cake.
Very nice to see some new faces as well (Thats you Tim and Jen, well done!)
Next event in March - watch this space for details.

Thats the day after the Dave fletcher concert. I would have got a travel lodge for the night if I'd known. Only I was at school with dave in the same class, and I'm driving another one of his classmates over from Nottingham. - to see what our classmate has been up to.

I'd like to make it though. Il like Tattershall - its cold as you say, but I like singing in castles. the Belvoir one was all right.

I bet Americans never get to sing in medieval castles.

Thanks to everyone who pointed that out. That'll teach me to do stuff at that time of the morning!

The event is on Sunday 17th September of course.

Lincolnshire Folk's Autumn Event is back at Tattershall Castle this year. Sunday 16th September 2pm - 5pm. Bring extra layers of clothing as the temperature can be low but the welcome is always warm. Anyone wishing to perform please let me know so I can arrange free admission to the Castle.
